We welcome you to our hosting services!� The first step is to signup for a web hosting package and let us know if yuo already have an existing domain or need a new name.
After your order is complete and you would like us to transfer your website for you at no charge, simply send a support ticket to the technical department with the following information:
- Old host's control panel URL
- Old host's account name
- Old host's account password
The next step is to update your domain's DNS servers. Technical support will provide you with all the information you need to do this, or we can do it for you with some additional information.
Your data should take no more than 24 hours to fully migrate to our servers, and your DNS servers should update within 24 hours.
After your website has been transferred and you have verified that all your data is intact�and as it should be, it is safe to terminate your payment agreement with your old host.
